Classroom education programs called Eco-Racing University can be altered to fit any grade level from kindergarten to the University level. The primary focus is K through 12th grade. Presentation will be Standards based and taught using Powerpoint as well as hands on displays.
Younger grade level programs for K through fifth grade will focus primarily on recycling and natural resource conservation with an introduction into motorsports and their technologies regarding the environment.
Grades sixth through eighth will take part in the next level of environmental education dealing with ways recycled content is made into post-consumer products as well as the science of carbon emissions, alternate energies, and fuels. The future environmental technologies dealing with motor racing will also be dealt with in more depth.
Ninth through twelfth grades will begin to focus on how the automotive industry and other environmental agencies deal with questions pertaining to greenhouse gasses and other issues. Instruction dealing with future race engineering feats being developed along with hi-tech alternative transportation modes. Examples will be given on how the auto racing industry has changed the road cars we drive with the implementation of safety and efficiency features.
